Mike’s Handyman Service (“we,” “us”) is a family-run handyman business in Indianapolis, Indiana. This page explains what we collect when you contact us about a job, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you tell us in the quote form: your name, phone, email, ZIP, what the job is, and when you’d like it done.
- For scheduled jobs: your service address and any access notes you give us (gate codes, where the dog stays, etc.).
- For payment by card: only what the card processor needs — we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical info every web server logs: your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit. Used to keep the site online and stop abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and schedule the work.
- To send written estimates, invoices, and receipts.
- To follow up after a completed job to make sure you’re happy with the work, and to keep a small record of customers in case you call again.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information.
- We don’t share it with marketing partners, ad networks, or lead-generation sites.
- We don’t put you on any mailing list. The only messages you’ll get from us are about your job.
Who sees your form submission
Mike Reilly (owner) and the small team that helps schedule jobs. The form passes through Netlify (our website host) before reaching us. Netlify’s privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy.
Cookies
This site does not use marketing or ad-tracking cookies. Your browser may store essential cookies for things like form submission. That’s it.
Your rights
Want us to delete your information from our records? Email mike@mikeshandymanindy.com with “Delete my info” in the subject. We’ll do it within 7 days and confirm by email.
