Every job is quoted free and in writing — these are the typical ranges so you know what to expect.

Walls only, two coats. Trim adds about 30%. Bathroom-only repaints typically come in at the low end.
1,800–3,000 sq. ft. with average ceiling heights. Includes minor repair, light fixture removal, and trim if requested.
Prices include labor and basic materials. Premium paint (Benjamin Moore Aura, Sherwin-Williams Emerald) billed at cost — we never mark up paint.
Drywall & paint FAQ
The questions homeowners actually ask.
Can you match my existing wall color?
If you have leftover paint with the formula on the lid, yes — we’ll have it scanned and color-matched. If not, we’ll bring a small swatch to a paint store and color-match within a couple shades. For patches in older paint, we feather out the new paint into the surrounding wall so any tiny difference disappears.
How long before I can hang things again?
Latex paint is dry to the touch in about 2 hours, dry to put light objects against in 24 hours, and fully cured (safe for heavy frames or sticky tape) in about 14 days. We’ll tell you what’s safe to do the day we leave.
Will you move my furniture?
For single rooms, yes — we move it 3′ off the walls and cover it. For whole-house jobs, we ask that big items (beds, dressers, electronics) are emptied or moved to the center of the room before we arrive. We’ll handle everything else.
Do you fix water-damaged ceilings?
Yes — once the leak that caused the damage is repaired. If the leak is still active, we’ll point you to a plumber or roofer first. If you’d like us to coordinate, we have partners we trust.
What paint brands do you use?
Default is Sherwin-Williams ProClassic or Benjamin Moore Regal Select. If you prefer something else (Behr Premium Plus, Valspar Signature, Farrow & Ball), we’ll order what you ask for at cost.
Do you do exterior paint?
Small exterior touch-ups, trim, and shutter painting yes. We don’t do whole-house exterior repaints — that’s a different trade and we’d rather refer you to a painter who specializes.
